Alabama
Gets Caught Reading
Alabama
Gets Caught Reading is a project focused on catching
famous Alabamians reading their favorite books. Whether
they are at work, home, lounging in the park or on the
go, notable Alabamians understand that reading is an
integral part to a happy life and they are happy
to promote
its benefits to young people.
With support
from the Alabama Public Library Service and the Alabama
Power Foundation, more than 45,000 posters are distributed
to every public and school library in the state in September.
Free posters sets are available, while supplies last,
by emailing maiben.beard@auburn.edu
or calling 334-844-4903.
Special
thanks to these 2007 participants!
